These terms govern use of the North Shift Lighting website. Separate written proposals or service agreements control any lighting project you choose to book.

Website use
You may use this website to learn about services, explore lighting concepts, request information, and submit a quote request. You agree not to interfere with the website, bypass security or usage limits, upload harmful material, use automated systems to abuse the service, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Photos and submitted content
You may submit only photos, text, and other material that you own or have permission to use. You grant us a limited permission to process submitted content only as needed to provide the requested website feature, respond to you, maintain security, and operate the service. You keep your ownership rights in your submitted content.
Design Studio concepts
Design Studio previews and sample concepts are planning aids. They may be created with automated tools and may contain errors, omissions, unrealistic details, or differences from the property and available products. A preview is not a construction drawing, engineering plan, measurement, product specification, quote, warranty, or promise of a final result. Final design, placement, products, scope, feasibility, and pricing are confirmed separately after property review.
Quote requests and service agreements
Submitting a form does not create a contract, reserve an installation date, or guarantee service availability. A project begins only after the parties accept a separate written proposal or service agreement. That agreement will control the final scope, price, schedule, payment terms, cancellation terms, warranties, and other project specific details.
No online payment
The current website does not collect payment or automatically charge you. Any future payment process will be disclosed before payment information is requested.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue a website feature when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, provider availability, or business operations. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or error free.
Informational content
Website content is general information and may not reflect every property, product, code requirement, or local condition. You should rely on the final written service agreement and the on site project review for decisions about an installation.
Responsibility and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of every error. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited. Any separate written service agreement may include additional terms that apply to the project.
Changes
We may update these terms as the website, business, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a material revision is published. Continued use after a revision means the revised website terms apply to later use.
